A father/son-owned company, we work side by side in New England lovingly handcrafting our garlic salts in small batches.

Inspired by an Old World family recipe brought from Italy to America over 100 years ago by my Grandfather, our extraordinary salt has no MSG, no gluten, no preservatives. And it has 30% less sodium than table salt! Our garlic salts have a shelf life of over a year and are stored at room temperature. We make our salts with garlic grown only in the U.S.A.

Richard's wife, artist and author Dr. Virginia Freyermuth, designed our website, logo, product labels and company mascot.
Our mascot is named Garlic Head Fred, after Richard's dad, Frederick.
