Richard’s Famous Easy Guacamole

Soooo delicious and easy!

This Recipes uses:
Richard's Famous Original Garlic Salt or Salty Sea Garlic Salt.

Ingredients
3 ripened avocados (we use the avocado when it is just slightly soft to the touch)
2 T. finely minced red onion
The juice of 1 small lime
1/2 tsp. Original Richard's Famous Garlic Salt (or to taste)
1/2 T. extra virgin olive oil
If desired: finely chopped cilantro leaves

Directions
1. Destone the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Chop into pieces and put in a bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and roughly mash with a fork.
3. Serve with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or use as a fajita topping.
