Richard’s Famous Original Garlic Salt
Richard’s Famous Here Fishy Fishy Seafood Seasoning
Richard’s Famous Cap’n Jeff’s Wheelhouse Spicy Seafood Seasoning (a sprinkle on top, if desired)
This delectable, tender white fish only takes about 15 minutes to bake. Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, and air fries, if desired.
Serves 2-3.
Ingredients
1-2 lb. fish boneless fillets, such as Haddock ( we used wild caught Alaskan Cod in the photo)
3 T. butter, melted
2 T. lemon juice
¼ C. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Panko Bread crumbs for a crispy coating OR regular bread crumbs for a finer coating
1 tsp Richard’s Famous Here Fishy Fishy Seafood Seasoning and
½ tsp. Richard's Famous Original Garlic Salt or Salty Sea Garlic Salt
a spinkle of Richard’s Famous Cap’n Jeff’s Wheelhouse Spicy Seafood Seasoning, if desired
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the fish fillets into serving-size pieces.
Spray a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
Mix together the melted butter and lemon juice in a wide shallow bowl.
Mix the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and seasoning in another shallow bowl.
Dip each fillet piece in the butter/lemon mixture, then place in the crumb and cheese mixture. Turn the fillet over so that both sides are well coated.
Place the fillets in a shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle Richard’s Famous Cap’n Jeff’s Wheelhouse Spicy Seafood Seasoning (if desired) lightly over the top of each fillet.
Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. You may put the fish under the broiler for about 2 minutes to further brown the fish and make it extra crunchy, if desired.
Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, and air fries, if desired.
